The Founders Meeting
The Founders Meeting appoints and dismisses the Executive Board of the Foundation and controls its activities. It is composed of Presidents and Deputy Presidents of the Boards of the Founders.

The Board of the Foundation
The Board of the Foundation appoints the director,
manages the activities of the Foundation and represents it outside.
The Board consists of three representatives of the Polish Writers’ Union, the Polish Writers’ Association and the Polish PEN Club. Its term lasts five years.
